Delete your Aros account

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Aros and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. For security, we'll ask you to identify yourself again with your password, Google or Apple.

Deletion is immediate.

If you no longer have the app

Write to aros.habitapp@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Aros account". We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, password and the link to Google or Apple.
• Your profile (photo, first name, last name, date of birth and gender) and your settings.
• All your habits, tasks and records.
• You leave all your pacts: the other people keep their own history, and your name is replaced with “Deleted participant”.
• On the device you delete it from, also the data stored on it and the scheduled reminders.

This can't be undone: once deleted, the account can't be recovered.

What is kept

Usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your account, so they are not deleted with it. They are removed automatically after their retention period: up to 14 months for statistics and 90 days for crash reports. More details in the privacy policy.
